The RTD Repulsor is a modification that can be attached to any weapon with an RTD Muzzle type modification slot (basically only the RTD 5000).

It lowers the amount of recoil and makes it less intense. It also causes you to get launched back at speeds up to 150 studs per second when you shoot.
