The Luty is a large and heavy sub-machine gun made primarily from sheet metal. This design is believed to be human, however, it's not found on any official United Nations' databases."
The Luty is a relatively big sub-machine gun, dealing good damage but having a considerable amount of recoil. It is nearly identical to the Luty v2, with the only difference being that the Luty v2 has more modification slots.
The Luty is believed to be of human nature, which would make sense, considering its large size.
