The radio backpack is something made out of scrap with an antenna sticking out of it attached to your back.
It isn't a very good idea to use this, as it gives minor to major debuffs in walk speed and jump height and no positive buffs.
It's color cannot be changed
also that damn red light can be seen from Uhresk
