The helmet light is a version of the Helmet Heavy. It reduces damage by 5% on it's own as opposed to the Helmet Heavy which reduces damage by double that amount. It provides a very minor debuff in walk speed and jump height. The helmet light only covers the forehead and it's color can be changed with the armor color option.
