The Aerogel Sword is a sword made with aerogel, and is the only sword melee weapon in the game.
The aerogel sword is compatible with the Crushing Point modifier.
The aerogel sword is quite fast, being hard to parry. Parrying with the aerogel sword almost guarantees the ability to land at least one hit on the enemy (in most cases, you likely will land more).
Getting hit by a combo from the aerogel sword will almost stunlock you, requiring a moderate amount of precision to time a block in between attacks to escape the stunlock.
Attacks
Like the Aerogel Spear, the aerogel sword has a five move combo. The first and fourth hit deal 15 damage and the second and third deal 12 damage. The fifth hit deals 22.5 damage and ragdolls enemies on hit. The dash attack is a lunging stab that deals 15 damage.
