The makeshift flashlight can be attached to any makeshift firearm with an Isor mount, those weapons being the Rusheni, Scoundrel Usor, and the Usor2. When equipped on a firearm, it gives off light. The makeshift flashlight does not affect the stats of the firearm it is attached to in any way.
