The Scout Drone is a drone that is able to lock-on to targets and shoot them, dealing a base damage of 15.
They have 100 health and must be deployed from a Drone Controller. Each deployed scout drone takes up 2 bandwith, leading to a max of 5 deployed drones if the player has the radio backpack and visor.
Trivia
The Scout Drone MK1 technically has the highest fire rate out of anything currently in the game. In reality, however, the Scout Drone has a very low fire rate, firing only once every second if locked onto a target.
