The plate carrier heavy consists of two plates that cover most of the main body.

The plate carrier heavy is a variant of the Plate Carrier Light. Like the Plate Carrier Light, the plate carrier heavy also holds several pouches (Most likely ammo pouches). However, the plate carrier heavy has more pouches on the lower plate and also has some pouches on the upper plate. The upper plate also appears to have an extra plate.

The plate carrier heavy provides more damage reduction than it's lighter counterpart, however it also provides more intense movement debuffs, and also affects flight speed. The plate carrier heavy provides the same buff to reload speed as the Plate Carrier Light.

It's color can be changed with the armor color option.
